And success was very quick to follow. Today, Helzear boasts 50 apartments divided between its two locations: Helzear Champs-Elys\u00e9es and Helzear Montparnasse Rive Gauche.<\/p>\n<p style=\"text-align: center;\">In 2017, Maison Helzear is opening a new location in the prestigious 8th arrondissement of Paris:  Helzear Etoile on the Rue Christophe Colomb.<\/p>\n","protected":false},"excerpt":{"rendered":"<p>A history The Helzear adventure began in 2008.
