Trade shows, conventions and professional events in Paris this autumn 2026

Autumn is the busiest season for trade shows in Paris. From September to November, the main exhibition centres run back-to-back B2B events, from fashion to automotive and hospitality. These big shows fill hotels fast, so book early. The Helzear by Esteem group has three hotels in different neighbourhoods, so you can stay close to your show. Here is the autumn 2026 agenda and the most convenient address for each venue.

The autumn 2026 B2B agenda

Which Helzear to choose by venue

The three Helzear by Esteem hotels are set in different Paris neighbourhoods. Choosing the one closest to the exhibition centre avoids long trips morning and evening. All offer apartments with a kitchenette and services, handy for a stay of several nights.

For Porte de Versailles (Who’s Next, IFTM, Paris Motor Show, EquipHotel): Helzear Montparnasse, in the 14th, is the closest. Line 12 links Montparnasse to Porte de Versailles without changing, in 20 minutes.

For the Palais des Congrès and central-western Paris (Salon SME, meetings in the 8th or 16th, La Défense): Helzear Étoile, in the 8th, and Helzear Champs-Élysées, in the 16th, sit on line 1, which serves Porte Maillot directly and reaches La Défense in 15 minutes.

For events in central Paris (Première Classe at the Tuileries, Patrimoine at the Carrousel du Louvre): Helzear Étoile and Helzear Champs-Élysées reach the Louvre on line 1, without changing.

For Paris Nord Villepinte (Maison&Objet, SIAL): the site is reached by RER from each address. Allow about an hour and leave a margin in the morning.
