A history
The Helzear adventure began in 2008.
Timothée de Courcy founded Maison Helzear and invented a new kind of hotel: a unique offer combining the services of a large hotel with the opportunity to live in a carefully decorated apartment with character, right in the heart of Paris.
In the early days in 2009, Helzear only had a few apartments on the Rue du Faubourg Saint Honoré and in the heart of the Montorgueil district. And success was very quick to follow. Today, Helzear boasts 50 apartments divided between its two locations: Helzear Champs-Elysées and Helzear Montparnasse Rive Gauche.
In 2017, Maison Helzear is opening a new location in the prestigious 8th arrondissement of Paris: Helzear Etoile on the Rue Christophe Colomb.
